Job Description

🚀 We're Hiring: HubSpot Administrator (Marketing & Sales Hub Focus)

About the Role

HubSpot Administrator

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Platform Management

Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
Maintain data quality, user roles, and system performance
Document platform processes, internal standards, and user guidelines

Automation & Workflow Optimization

Build and refine workflows for lead routing, scoring, alerts, and lifecycle management
Improve handoffs between marketing and sales teams
Manage templates, sequences, and reusable assets

Reporting & Insights

Create dashboards and reports to monitor funnel metrics, campaign success, and sales engagement
Share performance insights and recommendations with key stakeholders
Help define and track key KPIs

Integrations & Data Management

Manage integrations with tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, Power BI, Microsoft 365, etc.
Ensure smooth data sync and implement hygiene & enrichment best practices
Align tech stack with marketing and sales operations goals

Compliance & User Support

Set up roles, permissions, and system governance
Ensure GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM compliance
Provide training and support to users across teams

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
4–5 years of experience managing the HubSpot platform (B2B or SaaS experience preferred)
Deep understanding of CRM, automation workflows, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking
HubSpot certifications (preferred)
Familiarity with tools like Demandbase, Workato, or ZoomInfo is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
