Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage and streamline the onboarding and induction process for new joiners, ensuring smooth and timely completion of all joining formalities. This role also involves maintaining accurate employee records and files, contributing to employee grievances resolution, supporting employee engagement activities, and assisting with recruitment efforts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive employee experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Payroll Processing, Onboarding & Induction Process:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, and leave data for salary computation.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, and incentives.
  • Handle statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS, and generate related reports.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly/annual payroll compliance reports.
  • Ensure that all joining formalities for new hires are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to provide the necessary tools, resources, and information to new employees.
  • Ensure the new joiners have a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience, including document verification, account setup, and workplace orientation.
  • Conduct induction sessions as per the organization's onboarding framework, providing new employees with key company policies, culture, and relevant departmental insights.


2. Database & Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all new joiners, ensuring that all required documents are accurately recorded and stored.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records, both physical and electronic, following company policies and legal requirements.
  • Monitor the accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR systems, updating information as needed.


3. Employee Grievances:

  • Assist in handling employee grievances and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to address and resolve issues, ensuring that employees feel heard and supported.


4. Employee Engagement:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and morale.
  • Assist in organizing events, surveys, feedback sessions, and other engagement programs as directed by the HR team.


5. Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and other HR-related projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of talent acquisition efforts.


6. Ad Hoc HR Activities:

  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions as required.
  • Assist in HR-related reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
