We are based in Kochi and are expanding rapidly within the industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive, located in Kochi. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also involves coordinating with the sales team to maximize booking opportunities and maintaining a high level of customer engagement to enhance the overall experience. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Proven abilities in Reservations and Customer Service Focus on Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent service Sales experience and skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or related field
