Job Description: Junior HR Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Junior HR Executive to join

our HR team. This role will focus on managing documentation, onboarding, induction,

maintaining attendance records, and addressing employee grievances. The ideal candidate will be

detail-oriented and passionate about creating a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Management:

o Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee documentation, including

contracts, offer letters, and personal records.

o Maintain organized and up-to-date HR files and databases.

o Conduct periodic audits of HR documentation to ensure compliance with

company policies and legal requirements.

2. Onboarding and Induction:

o Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

o Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary documentation is

completed.

o Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies,

culture, and procedures.

3. Attendance Management:

o Monitor and maintain employee attendance records using HR software.

o Generate attendance reports and ensure accuracy in leave and attendance tracking.

o Address any discrepancies in attendance records in collaboration with the relevant

departments.

4. Employee Grievance Handling:

o Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.

o Listen to employee issues and provide appropriate guidance or escalate to senior

HR personnel as needed.

o Ensure grievances are handled promptly and fairly, in line with company policies.

5. HR Support:

o Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

o Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.

o Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field.

 0-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to documentation and

employee relations.

 Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

 Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.

 Experience in handling employee grievances or conflicts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
