HR Operations Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR processes and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, hands-on experience in HR operations, and a good command of Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with internal departments for HR-related queries.
• Prepare HR reports and trackers using Excel.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management and other HR projects as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
