Position: HR & Operations Executive

Employment Type: Full-time (Office-based)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 + Performance Bonus

We provide doorstep repair, maintenance, and home improvement services through our verified professionals via app and website.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, responsible, and well-organized HR & Operations Executive who can handle both team management and daily operations at the Jaipur branch.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, managing people, and maintaining order in a fast-paced startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle staff recruitment (interns, service providers, and office employees)
• Conduct onboarding, documentation, and ID card issuance
• Maintain attendance, payroll records, and HR reports
• Support daily operations – assign service providers, handle booking updates, and customer coordination
• Conduct training and orientation for new service providers
• Ensure proper dress code, discipline, and SOP compliance in the team
• Report daily activities to the City Admin & Founder
• Assist in field campaigns and local marketing during special events

Required Skills

• Excellent communication (Hindi + Basic English)
• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Team handling & coordination ability
• Field management confidence (for on-site tasks)
• Smart personality, disciplined, and target-oriented

Work Timings

Monday to Saturday — 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
(Sundays Off)
