We’re looking for someone who can take support recruitment backend coordination — working across vendors and candidates to ensure follow-ups, drive conversions, and maintain clean reporting.

This is a non-client-facing execution role to start with and later evolve to client facing role. You'll work behind the scenes to make the process move fast and smoothly. All client communication is handled internally.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate for client interviews, ensuring interviews start on time and enhance client experience
• Track candidates with continuous followups over emails, calls and whatsapp messages
• Follow up with vendors and candidates on CVs, interviews, feedback, and joining status
• Maintain trackers (Airtable, Excel) daily
• Raise flags when delays or drops are likely

What we’re looking for:

• 6 months to 1 year experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or vendor management
• Strong process discipline and follow-through
• Confident phone voice and clear written English
• Can manage multiple tasks without losing control
• Familiarity with Airtable, Excel, or ability to learn quickly

Details:

• Location: In office
• Work Model: Full-time, Mon–Fri
• Start: Immediate only

Salary CTC: 3 - 4 LPA depending on candidate experience. Can go higher for stellar candidates.
