About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Liaise with staffing vendors to source and manage contract C2C resources 2. Coordinate with candidates from online ads and schedule screening calls and initial assessments 3. Follow up with clients after CV submission to schedule interviews and gather feedback 4. Generate screening reports and update candidate tracking in Google Sheets and Airtable 5. Manage interview schedules and provide timely status updates to candidates and internal stakeholders 6. Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English with a confident telephone manner 7. Maintain high levels of organization with proactive and timely follow-ups 8. Show proficiency in Google Sheets and Airtable 9. Exhibit willingness to work extended hours or weekends if needed 10. Possess 1+ years of experience in talent operations or recruitment with IT staffing experience preferred 11.
