Job Description

As a Junior HR Executive, your role will involve managing documentation, onboarding, induction, maintaining attendance records, and addressing employee grievances. Your attention to detail and passion for creating a seamless employee experience will be key in this position. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and personal records. - Maintain organized and up-to-date HR files and databases. - Conduct periodic audits of HR documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. - Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. - Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and procedures. - Monitor and maintain employee attendance records using HR software. - Generate attendance reports and ensure accuracy in leave and attendance tracking. - Address any discrepancies in attendance records in collaboration with the relevant departments. - Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and concerns. - Listen to employee issues and provide appropriate guidance or escalate to senior HR personnel as needed. - Ensure grievances are handled promptly and fairly, following company policies. - Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required. - Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 0-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to documentation and employee relations. - Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. - Experience in handling employee grievances or conflicts. This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
