Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Validate attendance, leave data, deductions, and statutory components.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for salary inputs and query resolution.

Employee Life Cycle Management

  • Manage onboarding & documentation of new hires.
  • Prepare appointment letters, ID creation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records (physical & digital).
  • Support exit formalities, F&F settlement coordination, and clearance documents.

Compliance Management

  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, etc.).
  • Track monthly challans, submissions, and maintain compliance-related records.
  • Liaise with vendors or authorities as required.

Documentation & HR Operations

  • Maintain HR databases, MIS reports, trackers, and HR files.
  • Draft HR letters including offer letters, confirmations, and experience letters.
  • Assist in HR audits and internal process compliance.
  • Handle employee queries on HR policies, payroll, attendance, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • 23 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred).
  • Good understanding of HR processes & statutory regulations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
