HR Operations Executive (3–5 Years’ Experience)

Position Title: HR Operations Executive​

Department: Human Resources​

Reporting To: Head – HR​

Location: Noida

Role Overview

The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operational

tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all HR processes. This role requires

strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple

priorities while maintaining employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation,

· transfers, and exits.

· Maintain and update HRMS data, employee records, and personnel files accurately.

· Handle leave and attendance management, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance

· coordination.

· Coordinate with Finance and Admin teams for HR-related documentation and

· reimbursements.

· Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

· Assist in policy implementation, HR audits, and process documentation.

· Provide timely responses to employee queries and ensure seamless HR operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and statutory compliance.

· Good Excel and HRMS (Zoho People, Keka, or similar) proficiency.

· Attention to detail and process orientation.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage confidentiality and multitask effectively.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations preferably in the IT/Professional

· Services industry.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • HR Operation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • policy implementation, HR audits, and process documentation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • HR operations, documentation, and statutory compliance. : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Good Excel and HRMS Like Zoho People, Keka, or similar: 3 years (Preferred)
  • IT Software Company : 2 years (Preferred)
