Job Title: HR Manager Location: HI-TECH CITY Department: Human Resources Reports To: MANAGEMENT Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to oversee core HR functions including employee relations, payroll and payslips, attendance, employee growth, and recruitment. This role plays a critical part in building a strong organizational culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and attracting and retaining top talent. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee RelationsAct as the go-to person for employee concerns and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures. Conduct disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with HR policy. 2. Payroll & PayslipsManage monthly payroll processing in collaboration with Finance. Ensure accurate and timely generation of employee payslips. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with payroll laws and standards. Address any payroll discrepancies or employee queries. 3. Attendance ManagementOversee attendance systems and ensure accurate tracking of hours, leave, and absenteeism. Prepare regular attendance reports for leadership. Ensure adherence to leave policies and maintain proper records. 4. Employee Growth & DevelopmentDevelop and manage performance appraisal systems. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Support career growth through succession planning and internal mobility. Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement. 5. RecruitmentManage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and timelines. Develop talent pipelines and build strong employer branding. Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of [X] years of HR experience, including recruitment and employee management. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll procedures.
