Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Manager at our company based in Vadodara, your role will involve overseeing various HR functions to ensure effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with legal requirements. You will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies, developing training programs, enhancing employee satisfaction, conducting performance appraisals, and managing employee relations. Additionally, you will play a key role in benchmarking compensation, creating HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance.
