Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Manager at our company based in Vadodara, your role will involve overseeing various HR functions to ensure effective talent management, employee engagement, and compliance with legal requirements. You will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies, developing training programs, enhancing employee satisfaction, conducting performance appraisals, and managing employee relations. Additionally, you will play a key role in benchmarking compensation, creating HR policies, and ensuring legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies for domestic and international hiring. - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers. - Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals. - Learning and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars. - Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements. - Talent Retention: - Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. - Conduct exit interviews and recommend initiatives for employee satisfaction. - Enhance employee loyalty through various initiatives. - Performance Appraisal: - Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. - Train managers on conducting effective performance evaluations. - Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. - Compensation Benchmarking: - Conduct market research for competitive compensation packages. - Benchmark the organization's compensation structure. - Make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitiveness. Qualification Required: - MBA in HR or related field. - Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in HR management with HRMS implementation. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Gujarati language. - Proven leadership skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
