Employee Relations: Mediate disputes, handle disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment. Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, provide coaching, and link performance to compensation. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and wellness programs. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws (EEOC, FMLA, etc.) and manage policy updates. Strategic Planning: Align HR initiatives with business goals, forecast workforce needs, and use analytics. Training & Development: Develop programs to motivate staff and build high-performance cultures. HR Administration: Maintain records, manage HRIS, and create reports for management.
