About the RoleLakshay India, a leading global career counselling and training company, is expanding its Career Counselling Division and inviting applications for the role of HR Manager. This role is ideal for a proactive, people-oriented, and process-driven HR professional who can manage diverse responsibilities across recruitment, employee engagement, and franchise HR support. As an HR Manager, you will act as the key bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth operations, high productivity, and a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and induction for counsellors, sales relationship managers (SRMs), and support staff.
HR Policy & Compliance: Draft, implement, and monitor HR policies, ensuring adherence to legal standards, labour laws, and company guidelines.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee data management, payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and appraisal processes.
Training & Development: Coordinate training programs for SRMs, counsellors, and franchise members. Design skill enhancement workshops to strengthen professional competencies.
Performance Management: Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and implement KPI-based evaluation systems to drive employee growth and accountability.
Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee welfare activities, engagement programs, and retention strategies to maintain high morale.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Strategic Contribution: Partner with management to forecast HR needs, workforce planning, and long-term talent acquisition strategies to meet business growth targets.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labour compliance.
Excellent recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment portals.
Effective communication, leadership, and conflict management skills.
Ability to manage teams across multiple locations with strong organizational and planning abilities.
Positive, problem-solving mindset with focus on results and people growth.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in education, training, or franchise-based industries.
Strong background in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and training coordination.
