HR Manager

Job Title: HR Manager – E-commerce

Location: ABS PLAZA 3RD FLOOR JAGATPURA JAIPUR

Experience Required: Minimum 5–6 years in HR (preferably in the E-commerce / Retail / FMCG sector)

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all Human Resource operations of our growing E-commerce organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the HR department, developing HR strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of all HR functions in alignment with the company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance.
• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational growth.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments and ensure timely hiring to meet business needs.
• Develop and manage employee engagement programs, retention plans, and grievance handling.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and support department heads in conducting evaluations.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team and act as a link between management and employees.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment costs, and employee satisfaction.
• Support management in strategic decision-making related to workforce planning and organizational development.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of E-commerce business structure and workforce requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of HR laws, labor compliance, and employee engagement practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and interview performance)
