HR Manager — ELEV8 (A Sarayan Infra Venture)

Location: Borivali (W), Mumbai | On-site Role

ELEV8 — a multidisciplinary design studio transforming residential and corporate spaces across Mumbai — is looking for a passionate and driven HR Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-spectrum HR role where you’ll own and build every part of our people function — from recruitment to retention, culture to compliance.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience managing HR in architecture, interior design, or creative industries will be preferred.

Your Role Will Include:

Designing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.

Setting up company policies, handbooks, and HR processes aligned with studio culture and legal requirements.

Managing attendance, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and vendor HR records.

Organizing team activities, workshops, and celebrations to maintain an inspiring and engaging work atmosphere.

Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns and aligning people goals with business objectives.

Partnering with leadership to build performance appraisal systems and growth frameworks.

Handling office communication, travel coordination, and basic administrative support related to HR operations.

Building and championing a work culture that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a small or mid-sized creative firm.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first mindset.

Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Comfortable multitasking across recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
