Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media). Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions. Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability. Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and ensure an excellent candidate experience . Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports .
