We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager with a minimum of four years of experience to lead and manage our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting organisational growth through effective people management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Lead smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave systems.
  • Oversee contract preparation, background verification, and documentation.
  • Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and implement improvement actions.
  • Implement and monitor performance review cycles.
  • Support managers in goal-setting, appraisal discussions, and improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and management.
  • Prepare and present HR metrics: attrition, hiring, performance, etc.
  • Use data insights to improve HR processes and organisational effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRMS tools, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset, time-management, and ability to multitask.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR generalist or managerial roles.
