Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, non-profit organizations, and internal teams, to build partnerships and ensure effective implementation of the organization projects. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that arise. Work with various stakeholders in the local area—representatives like Sarpanches, Pradhan, Govt officials, etc.—to ensure smooth and effective implementation of the programs. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Project Implementation: Oversee the execution of different projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Regular field visits, conduct surveys, mobilization meetings, training and awareness programs at the ground level. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and efficient utilization of resources. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the progress and impact of projects. Collect and analyze relevant data, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the HO team and senior management. Identify areas of improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project effectiveness. Compliance and Reports: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, including impact assessments, and compliance documentation, as required by relevant authorities and stakeholders. Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities to understand their needs, interests, and priorities. Foster community participation and involvement in project initiatives through effective communication, capacity building, and awareness campaigns. Collaboration and Networking: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and other relevant organizations Qualification and Key Skills: The candidate must be graduate. Must have at least 2–4 years of experience with any NGO/ Social Sector/ CSR. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Experience in Project Coordination. Stakeholder management. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Understanding of project operation/management. Ready to be posted/travel in project areas. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
