· Recruitment
o Identify Candidates from CV Shared in Linked in, or other Such sites or placement agency
o Managing CV Bank sorted as per the ARK JD
o Scheduling Interview and taking feedback
o Negotiating with Joinee Salary
o Sharing the Offer letter and Joining Letter
o Inducting the new Joinee in ARK and sharing SOP and KRA related to their job Profile
o Adding them in software and ensuring the new joinee gets Comfortable with the APP
· Compliance
o Ensuring correct and timely deduction of PF/ ESIC/ PT/ LWF has been done from the employee
o Ensuring timely payment of PF/ ESIC/ PT/ LWF to respective Authority
o Ensuring all Employees UAN are activated and enabled their login in different website
o Getting them registered with Doctor under ESIC
o Ensuring all the Employees are registered in Mediclaim and taking a confirmation that they are aware of the Mediclaim policy
· Training
o Ensuring the SOP of Company are managed and stored
o Annually Sharing Copy of Such SOP with all warehouse
o Ensuring records of Training given to team by their respective Department Head
o Sharing SOP with every new joinee as and when they Join
· Salary Processing
o Ensuring Salary gets processed on 5th of Every Month
o Contractor Submit the Labour bill on time
o Attending the grievance of Employee and ensuring the rectification of same within specified time.
· Termination or Resignation of Employee
o Ensuring time monitoring of Attendance and time lines
o A warning letter to be issued to employee who deviate the policy and process
o Settling the F&F of employee
· Warehouse Visit
o Regular visit to different Warehouse and check the hygiene of warehouse as per compliance
o Meeting Employees and ensuring they understand SOP/ HR Process
Generating MIS reports on key metrics,
· Sharing List of Employee who are regular Late comer
· Sharing the reason of Deviation in Salary on month on month basis
· Sharing Compliance status
· Sharing Manpower Status and requirement in Future
· Cost v/s Budget Analysis -
· Making Employee efficiency on Cost/ TAT/ Service
· Training Conducted during the month
· Monthly MIS as per ARK requirement
Deliverables:
· Reduction in attrition
· Immediate reporting on Labour Issue/ Customer Feedback
· Timely recruitment
