We are looking for a heavy commercial vehicles service advisor for a dealership who meets the following criteria: 5 years relevant work experience a team leader who works well with technicians, helpers and customers smoothly can get customers to listen and follow their advise is able to recognise additional jobs in a vehicle other than what they've complains about maintains regular contact with reporting manager and client to ensure they stay up to date with all happenings is responsible for helping the company achieve higher labor revenues understands system processes and is comfortable working with DBM software follows OEM processes thoroughly without skipping any steps ensures standard operating procedures are followed by everyone in their team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
