You provide the customer with primary information and solutions on product and services to meet his needs and desires. Being the first point of contact for the customer, you have to represent Mercedes Benz brand effectively and positively. Your key responsibilities are: · All Workshop Customers data to be maintained with correct and latest account details (Contact no. contact person name, e-mail ids, bill to account, etc.). · Accepted appointments to be informed to respective service advisors, Service Manager and Parts department. · Making a prior call for reconfirmation of appointments. · Customers arrived at reception to be greeted and introduce to respective service advisors in case all service advisors are busy. · Vehicles which have not visited from last two years to be extracted from eDealer and inform to the Service Manager. · Instant feedback analysis to be done. · Service follow-up analysis to be done. · Service Products follow-up analysis to be done. · Root cause analysis of feedbacks to be given to Service Manager. · 7th day follow up call to be made. · Positive and negative feedback with analysis to be given to Service Manager. · Register customer complaint in eDealer. · Use the complaint source as walk in, emails, letters referred by MB India, SFU etc. · Root cause analysis of customer complaint. · Reminder of first free inspection and Maintenance Services based on the data available in eDealer PRM module. · Promotion of company’s activities in relation to service, parts and car sales campaign Skills Communication Skills · You have excellent communication skills with a professional English accent. · You are aware of basic calling etiquettes and have right attitude to provide required information/help to customers · You listen carefully, and can identify the underline meaning and real demands. · You talk clearly in the language that the customer will understand and avoids using jargons. Interpersonal & Social competence · You are able to relate to the customer’s needs and options. · You are able to handle objections and overcome rejections. You are able to balance personal involvement and professional distance. · You have high self-esteem, and you are controlled and focused even in stressful situations. Job Profile – Job Controller-PMGR Reporting to Workshop Manager Job Summary: As a job controller you are responsible for the organization, control and service capability of the entire workshop. As the interface between customer and workshop department, you are responsible for all work procedures and processes given the legal and manufacture related specifications and standards, with the aim of smooth, professional and timely handling of all due diagnostic, repair and maintenance work. Your key responsibilities are: · Inspect and optimize all work procedures and processes of the workshop with respect to professional and ontime performance of repairs. · Ensure the processing of orders according to the manufacturer’s specifications. · Plan, organize, implement and monitor upcoming service measures and special promotions. · Ensure the availability of all required information and documents, e.g. repair instructions, updates on the diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams product information. · Ensure the availability of all workshop equipment and tools, including the special tools prescribed by Mercedes- Benz, and monitor their proper function. · Ensure information flow (information, technical printed matters, circulars, information e-mails, etc.) through regular communication. Give instruction where appropriate. · You play a crucial role in achieving maximum productivity with desired quality by maintaining efficient work environment. · You are the interface between service advisor and workshop and responsible for getting the work done as per the requirements of customers recorded by service advisors. · You also coordinate various support functions like warranty, parts, washing, diagnosis, final inspection for getting the desired final output in time. · You have knowledge of the workshop retail process, and your role in Digital Service drive. · You are responsible for upkeep of workshop to facilitate un-interrupted working conditions with utmost safety. · You are responsible for recruitment and continuous development of skill level of workshop staff.
