Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor at Marikar Honda Service Centre, your role will involve greeting and assisting customers arriving at the service centre. You will be responsible for understanding and recording customer complaints, requirements, and preferences related to their Honda 2-wheeler. It will be your duty to explain recommended services, job scope, and cost estimates clearly to customers. Additionally, you will need to open job cards and maintain detailed service records for each vehicle. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers arriving at the service centre. - Understand and record customer complaints, requirements, and preferences related to their Honda 2-wheeler. - Explain recommended services, job scope, and cost estimates clearly to customers. - Open job cards and maintain detailed service records for each vehicle. - Coordinate with technicians to prioritize service jobs and ensure timely completion. - Conduct follow-ups and update customers on job status, any additional repairs, and delivery time. - Handle customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager. - Promote periodic maintenance services and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). - Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets as per Honda standards. - Assist in post-service follow-up calls and maintain customer relations. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers (preferably Honda models) - Customer-centric approach - Ability to handle pressure and multitask - Computer literacy (Job card management, billing software, MS Office) - Problem-solving attitude Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Minimum 10+2; Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Graduation preferred - Experience: 1-3 years in a service advisory or customer service role in the automobile industry (2-wheeler experience preferred) In this role, you will be working full-time with permanent employment.
