Service Advisor

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as a Service Advisor at Marikar Honda Service Centre located in Statue. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers at the service centre - Understanding and recording customer complaints, requirements, and preferences for their Honda 2-wheeler - Clearly explaining recommended services, job scope, and cost estimates to customers - Opening job cards and maintaining detailed service records for each vehicle - Coordinating with technicians to prioritize service jobs and ensure timely completion - Conducting follow-ups and updating customers on job status, additional repairs, and delivery time - Handling customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally and escalating unresolved issues to the Service Manager - Promoting periodic maintenance services and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) - Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets as per Honda standards - Assisting in post-service follow-up calls and maintaining customer relations Your key skills and competencies should include: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers, preferably Honda models - Customer-centric approach - Ability to handle pressure and multitask - Computer literacy in job card management, billing software, and MS Office - Problem-solving attitude For qualifications and experience, you should have: - Education: Minimum 10+2; Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Graduation preferred - Experience: 1-3 years in a service advisory or customer service role in the automobile industry, with 2-wheeler experience preferred This job is full-time and permanent, with opportunities for fresher candidates.
