Facilitating test rides in store and at home/office ... Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and other in use elements Check for finance requirements, cross-selling opportunities for gears and accessories from the customer 9. Guide the customer through the complete decision-making process all the way from enquiry to the booking 10. Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has a RE brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to booking 11.
