About the Role

Roverz Motors is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Team Leader to supervise our sales team, monitor daily activities, and ensure smooth operations within the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct daily morning huddles to review enquiries, pipeline, and follow-ups.
• Allocate monthly team KPIs in coordination with the Dealer Principal and ASM.
• Ensure the team has updated product knowledge and riding knowledge.
• Track bookings, deliveries, and retail performance regularly.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Coordinate with PDI, CRM, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and professional conduct within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in automobile sales (2-wheelers or 4-wheelers).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
• Ability to motivate the team and drive performance.
• Good understanding of sales processes, CRM, and customer handling.
• Proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
