We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to support our sales and client servicing teams, helping us build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage sales invoices, including E-invoicing as per GST norms. Maintain and update records in Tally ERP software. Classify products/services correctly using HSN/SAC codes . Ensure timely filing of AMC contracts , renewals, and service-level documents. Coordinate with vendors and clients for documentation, PO, and billing requirements. Assist in reconciliation of accounts and basic financial reporting. Support the Sales and Accounts teams with order processing and follow-ups. Ensure timely and compliant generation of invoices and records under GST. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant GST, HSN, and financial regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounts or sales coordination (Freshers with strong skills can also apply). Proficient in Tally ERP , HSN Code application, and E-invoice generation . Knowledge of basic GST rules and billing formats. Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail. Good communication and documentation skills.
