Qualification : Any Degree.

• Customer interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and explain necessary service and repair options.
• Vehicle diagnosis: Work with customers to identify and document problems through questioning, visual inspection, or test drives.
• Service and repair management: Translate customer-reported issues into detailed repair orders for technicians. Coordinate with the service team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Cost and time estimation: Provide customers with accurate written estimates for labor and parts, and establish a "promised time" for service completion.
• Customer approval: Obtain customer authorization for all recommended repairs before work begins.
• Communication: Keep customers informed about the progress of their service, any changes to the schedule, or updates on parts ordering.
• Invoicing and payment: Prepare final invoices, explain charges to customers, and process payments.
• Complaint resolution: Handle customer complaints and ensure any issues are resolved to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Administrative tasks: Schedule appointments, maintain customer records, and manage the service department's workflow.

Key skills and qualifications :

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and the automotive service industry.
• Ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience.
• Organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
