Job Description

JOB PROFILE Designation : Workshop in Charge Department : Supply Chain Location : Sancoale Reports to : Operation Manager Experience : 3 to 4 Year Experience –Graduation Preferably with specialization in Logistics/ SCM/ Operation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES · Liaise with Customer, Vendor, Transporter, Finance, HR · Strict Discipline in adhering to Warehousing SOP and compliance · Clear understanding of workshop contribution towards Company’s policy, Vision and Value. · Ensure FIFO/ LIFO as per customer requirement are maintained · Keep Stock control System up to date and ensure inventories are accurate by regular physical counts reconciliation, and audit of Documents · Ensure 5 S Policies are adhered in workshop · Induction of new recruitment – by giving clear understanding of Company policy, Vision and Value · Regular training of Staff and adhering to training Calendar · Maintain record and oversee Maintenance of Assets of Customer and Company · Implement automation as and when to increase operation efficiency · Safeguards workshop operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security & Safety procedures and protocols, (Pest Control, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid Kit, and Handling of vehicle, parts, etc.) · Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filled and Compliances are monitored on regular basis · Produce Regular MIS and statistic with Graphical representation on daily, weekly, Monthly basis · Achieve Financial objective by ensuring to remain within Budget · Brief floor team on Daily Basis on day to day activity · Coordinating with service team and Customer for ensuring smooth workshop operations · Coordinating with HR for timely submission of Attendance, KRA review of all staff · Coordinating with finance for timely submission of details to raise customer bills. And timely submission of petty Cash Expenses · Respectful in all Communication with Staff, Internal Customer and External Customer. · Meet Commitments Generating MIS reports on key metrics , · Slow/ non-moving/ Obsolete item report, · Sharing MIS for Cycle Count Report, & Stock Variance Report if any with Reasons · Reconciliation of stock variance report · Graphical MIS for TAT/ SLA for all vehicle Movement (service, repairs, accident) on Notice Board · Training Feedback · Team Building & Development · Continuous Training in order to ensure operation runs smoothly · Solid Understanding of Workshop Accounting · Petty Cash Statement Deliverables: · 100% customer satisfaction rate. · Adherence to TAT/ SLA · Improve Operation and Cost Efficiency. · Zero spares stock variances · Costs Reduction · Cycle time Reduction · Continuous Innovation · Hygienic Workshop premise · Improve customer satisfaction (Feed Back Form Internal & External) Key Skills/Competencies: · Excellent Communication – Verbal and Written · People Management skill including ability to Motivate, & delegation of work · Planning and organizing skill for effective flow of stock · Eye for Details, Surveillance · Problem Solving and demonstrates Integrity in All Decision · Proficient in different Software used for warranty and workshop performance monitoring · Meets Commitments · Developing Budget · Knowledge of legal requirement of operation · Customer Centricity – Internal & External · Drive Accountability · Respect to all in all communication · Time Management – Multi Tasking · Innovation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location: In person
