Job Description

Role Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Support employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace culture. Conduct performance evaluations and manage appraisal processes. Facilitate training and development programs for staff growth. Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases. Support in the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Coordinate benefits administration and employee welfare programs. Assist in the development and implementation of HR metrics and reports. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure effective HR management. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention strategies. Facilitate communication between management and staff regarding policies and procedures. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Experience with HR software and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience. Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs. Knowledge of employee onboarding processes. Certificate in Human Resources Management is a plus. Experience in performance management processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy. Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the HR field.
