Job Description

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE ROLE : HR GENERALIST

LOCATION : SAIDAPET

SALARY RANGE : 20K-25K

EXPERIENCE : 1 YEAR AND MORE CAN APLLY

PREFERED : ONLY MALE CANDIDATES

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of HR data.
Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Assist in performance appraisal process and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee welfare activities.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, offer letters, appointment letters, and other documentation.
Support management in driving HR initiatives and organizational culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
