Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to manage and support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.

This role requires someone who is people-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple HR functions in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Performance & Attendance Management

  • Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality through HR systems.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes and probation reviews.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliances are followed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

Payroll & Exit Process

  • Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll inputs.
  • Handle full and final settlements and exit formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (Zoho, Keka, GreytHR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
