Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct voice-based business verification calls in Hindi
• Accurately verify business information and document outcomes
• Ensure high levels of quality and compliance
• Meet daily and weekly targets
• Maintain professional communication standards at all times

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Prior experience in voice process (preferred but not mandatory)
