Key Responsibilities:

• Handle BVP process activities as per business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers/clients in Hindi.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all interactions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and shift schedules.
• Support team targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Hindi (spoken and written).
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
• Flexible and feasible to work in rotational shifts (day/night).
• Good communication skills and ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
