We are currently looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team on-site in Coimbatore. Role Responsibilities Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements. Develop and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. Ensure designs are aligned with the overall user experience strategy. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Provide input on user interface specifications and guidelines. Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input. Assist in the creation of user-centered designs by promoting accessibility. Document design decisions and rationales for future reference. Mentor and support junior designers in their development. Contribute to a positive team culture and promote collaboration. Qualifications Any Degree 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and processes. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. Excellent visual design skills with a good sense of typography, color, and layout. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with design systems and branding guidelines. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. Experience with user testing methods and tools. Passion for design and commitment to continuous learning.
