Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to lead and manage a team handling UK Bench Sales Recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT / staffing recruitment, people management, and end-to-end HR coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing consultant marketing, recruiter performance, and compliance while ensuring seamless alignment with UK clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Team & Process ManagementSupervise a team of bench sales recruiters and HR associates, ensuring daily deliverables are met. Assign daily and weekly targets — submissions, interviews, placements — and monitor KPIs. Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and motivational sessions. Ensure adherence to process workflows, documentation standards, and communication etiquette. Bench Sales Recruitment OperationsOversee the marketing of bench consultants (available candidates) across UK and Europe. Review and approve CVs, ensure ATS compliance and UK-style formatting. Guide recruiters on rate negotiation, client/vendor communication, and job matching. Coordinate with UK vendors, clients, and internal account managers for job requirements and feedback. Track submissions, interviews, and offer closures using CRM/ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit / Odoo / Bullhorn). HR & ComplianceManage consultant records — visa status, availability, project tracking, contract renewals. Ensure Right-to-Work, GDPR, and contract compliance for UK placements. Support onboarding and exit formalities for consultants placed under UK contracts. Prepare weekly HR and recruitment dashboards for management review. Performance & ReportingMaintain recruitment MIS and HR reports: team performance, bench utilization, offer ratios. Generate insights to improve submission quality, client satisfaction, and turnaround time. Recommend process improvements for better recruiter efficiency and consultant engagement. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in bench sales / recruitment management (UK or Europe region preferred). Strong knowledge of IT domains, visa types, and UK job market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Hands-on experience with ATS / CRM tools (Zoho Recruit, Odoo, Bullhorn, etc.). Proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards (Google Sheets, Power BI preferred). Ability to work across multiple time zones (UK shift flexibility). Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
