UK IT Recuiter

Profile Marketing: Work with candidates to optimize their CVs and LinkedIn profiles for international job markets (UK, Europe, USA). Job Submission: Identify suitable vacancies across multiple job boards, client portals, and company websites; submit candidate profiles accurately and on time. Requirement Understanding: Gather job requirements from clients and internal teams, ensuring a perfect candidate-role match. ATS & CRM Management: Maintain candidate status, track job submissions, and update daily workflow in Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with candidates for feedback, interview schedules, and offer negotiations. Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and sponsorship opportunities in IT and related sectors. Requirements 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or bench sales (preferably for UK/US/Europe markets). Knowledge of ATS tools, job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Reed, etc.), and recruitment processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work independently under deadlines. Familiarity with international hiring, visa/sponsorship processes (preferred but not mandatory).
