Job Title: HR ExecutiveLocation: ErnakulamIndustry: Hospitality / HotelJob Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join a reputed three-star hotel in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Candidates with prior hotel industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and update HR documents.
Assist in preparing payroll and coordinating with the accounts team.
Manage employee relations and address staff queries or grievances.
Support performance evaluation and training initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with company standards.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software.
Location Preference: Only local candidates from Ernakulam will be considered.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
