The HR Executive is responsible for supporting all human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll processing, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures the organization’s HR policies are implemented effectively and employees receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment documents.
  • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
  • Handle documentation such as confirmation letters, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Manage HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information.

3. Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions, incentives).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
  • Assist with audits and maintain compliance documentation.

4. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Promote a positive work culture and open communication.

5. Performance & Training

  • Support in the performance appraisal process.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR software (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, SAP, etc.) preferred.
  • Understanding of HR laws and statutory compliance in India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA/BA in HR, or MBA/PGDM in HR).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration (for executive level).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
