Position Title: HR Executive
Location: Bommanahalli, Bengaluru (2nd Cross, Begur Road, Vivekanandanagara) (Getlux)

Reporting to: HR Manager / Operations Head
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for the company: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires (tele-calling / collections / back-office staff)
Maintain and update employee records (joining, exits, transfers, promotions), ensuring compliance with company policy and local labour regulations
Assist in conducting induction/orientation programmes for new employees to familiarise them with company culture, norms, code of conduct
Administer attendance, leave & shift schedules; monitor absenteeism and liaise with operations for corrective action
Support payroll coordination: collect inputs (leaves, shift differentials), liaise with payroll team/finance to ensure timely processing
Handle queries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, grievances — escalate issues when needed
Assist in performance appraisal processes: maintain documentation, schedule appraisals, follow up on feedback and action plans
Help with employee engagement initiatives: organize small events/recognitions, collect feedback, support HR communications
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labour law documentation) and assist audits as required
Maintain HRMIS / spreadsheets and generate basic HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics) for review by management
Uphold the company’s values: as Getlux emphasises professional debt recovery, diplomatic handling of situations, ethical practices (Getlux)
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
1-3 years of HR experience (ideally in BPO / call centre / service industry)
Good interpersonal & communication skills; comfortable handling employees across shifts
Knowledge of HR operations: recruitment, attendance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with HR data/spreadsheets
Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment (shift based operations)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude
Integrity and confidentiality in handling employee data
Preferred: Experience with shift-based staffing / high-volume recruitment
Desired Attributes:
Friendly but assertive demeanor — able to liaise with operations, recruits and senior management
Adaptability: the role might involve work beyond 9-5 due to shift nature of call operations
Initiative: ability to proactively identify HR issues and propose solutions
Team-oriented: collaborate across departments (Operations, Finance, Admin)
Working Conditions:
Office located in Bommanahalli-Vivekanandanagara area, Bengaluru South.
May involve coordinating with staff working in multiple shifts (including late evenings) given call-centre nature.
