Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
Coordinate employee induction and onboarding programs
Handle employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices
Address employee queries and foster a positive work culture
Coordinate with management and department heads on HR matters

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Executive (IT industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation
