Own the full sales cycle, and drive business growth across global freelance platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute marketplace sales strategies (Upwork, LinkedIn, inbound) Create winning proposals and collaborate with tech leads Optimize bidding, profiles, and conversion strategies Build long-term client relationships and upsell opportunities Track key sales metrics and report performance Why Join Exotica?
