Sr. Business Development Executive

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify potential clients within the wedding, event, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Generate leads and convert them into potential clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and pitch STARNEA’s luxury furniture solutions.
• Coordinate with the operations and design team to ensure timely client deliverables.
• Negotiate deals, prepare quotations, and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or reporting formats.
• Participate in marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Understand competitors and market trends to suggest strategic improvements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
