We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR Executive/Manager cum Accountant for our Car detailings company, Detailing Spiders, Karnal The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of experience in handling recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws), employee relations, Accounts and HR documentation. Strong communication skills, familiarity with HR software, accounts software, accounts entries and a solid understanding of Indian labor regulations are preferred. The role involves managing both blue- and white-collar employees, overseeing daily HR operations and accounts, supporting management in building a strong work culture, and ensuring legal compliance. This is a full-time position offering growth opportunities and a competitive salary based on experience.
