Senior Sales Officer

SO/ Sr. SO HoReCa (Food Business)

JOB OBJECTIVES

The main purpose of this role is to ensure the Development & Management of Company’s Business in HORECA Segment in the assigned territory, ensuring sustained sales of the company’s products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment. The incumbent in this role will be responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from HORECA segment in the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Responsible for targeted sale generation focusing majorly on Horeca sales (- Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens, and Institutional sales) for assigned location on monthly basis.
• Responsible for HORECA Sales - Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens, and Institutional sales
• Handling of Distributors for generation of sales.
• Reviewing own and their team sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Suggest product improvements aligning to industry trends to the management on time-to-time basis.
• Exploring new markets and generating new business leads from Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Cafes and Bakeries also give Demo presentation to Chefs
• Handling existing and prospective clients and bringing new clients.
• Work on New Product launch activities.
• Take responsibility for the Key Account & HORECA throughout the assigned region.
• Revenue generation

Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, and Local Language

Knowledge: Working knowledge In HORECA Sales

Requirement

• Min 3 year of experience In HORECA Sales Food
• Graduation is Must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
