Senior Sales Officer

As a candidate for this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive horizontal and vertical growth in outlets by expanding the breadth of products and increasing market penetration. You will need to identify product-market fit and gaps in outlets and markets to enhance positioning, planning, deployment, and tertiary sales of products. Managing incoming stock balances to ensure product availability, procuring prime positioning for products, and maintaining outlet and stakeholder relations for retention and growth will also be crucial. Collaboration with zonal managers and the marketing team to optimize marketing spend and maximize return on investment is essential.
