About the Company:

Nirosha Foods is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in premium dry fruits, spices, and food products. With a strong presence across multiple states, we are expanding our sales operations and looking for dynamic professionals to join our team.

Position: Senior Sales Officer (SSO)Department: SalesKey Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers & retail networks.
• Ensure product availability, visibility & placement in key outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Strengthen distribution and expand market penetration.
• Ensure timely payment collection and distributor coordination.
• Support market promotions, sampling activities & product training.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to ASM/RSM.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG Sales (Food/Dry Fruits/Spices preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local market and distribution handling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
• Minimum Graduate qualification.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
