Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Senior Sales Officer at our Dehradun branch.

The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, and driving revenue through channel sales. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, developers, and channel partners, understanding customer needs, and promoting the company's financial solutions to meet business goals. The Senior Sales Officer will also ensure the highest standards of customer service in the end-to-end sales process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to successfully execute Channel Sales strategies
Proactive approach with strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with the Dehradun market is highly preferred
