• We are seeking an Sr. Sales Officer having a growth mindset whose

primary task will be to identify and realize all the opportunities that

exist in the assigned market for Tile Adhesives and allied products

in both the Trade and Non-Trade segments by deploying and utilizing

the resources optimally. The Sr.SO shall be responsible for the market

share, sales revenue as well as the average net sales realization and

expenses being incurred. The Sr.SO shall have the P&L responsibility of

the assigned area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing an in-depth understanding of the customer's and

influencers' preferences in the assigned market, competition offerings

vs. our offerings, and formulating actionable activities to be

undertaken to create a sustainable competitive advantage for brand

• Ensure that the brand TILE ADHESIVE gains traction in

the market through aggressive market coverage (reach &

penetration); product quality gets conveyed to clients, trade, builders,

contractors, applicators & architects through repeated product

presentations and demonstrations; services are provided to the

customers at the desired pace and the sales team activities in the

market are appropriate to the market dynamics.

• Convince and enable the channel partners to invest in & maintain an

appropriate Inventory of Tile Adhesives and allied products by

creating awareness & demand through influencers, and client

activation.

• Acquisition of key private and government projects in the assigned

market. Networking with builders, contractors, applicators, architects,

and approving authorities.

• Team building, team retention & performance management to maximize team growth and delivery.
